We believe you will be extremely happy with your purchade from e-bikestore.co.uk. But if for any reason you are not and need to return your bike please note:
* Bikes/Items must be returned complete including the charger, accessories and manuals and in their original box.
* Bikes/Items must be in an unused condition.
* Bikes must have original labels/stickers additional accessories etc.
* Please ensure we are contacted within 7 days of delivery.
Non warranty items will be subject to a small re-stocking charge (10% order value and Courier fee).
ONLINE ORDERS:
If you simply change your mind you can cancel an order (before despatch) with us by calling 0800 644 6700.
FAULTY GOODS:
If for any reason goods arrive in an unsatisfactory condition, not fit for purpose or not as described you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of your order being delivered. Please sign for the item as damaged and ensure we are contacted within 48 hours You will not be charged for return postage. Once we have received the item back we will issue you with a replacement item.
COURIER COLLECTIONS / BOXED BIKES:
Courier collections can be arranged for you and are charged at £49.99 for fully assembled electric bikes, however faulty/damaged return collections will be free of charge. Missed collections are charged at £25 so please ensure you are available on the day that the collection is booked for. You will need to package the bike as it was received in the original box, we can provide a new box and packaging materials at a cost of £26.99, deductible from your refund.
