Before despatch our bikes are meticulously built, configured and tested. We aim is to dispatch a bike between 3 to 5 days
after the order is placed (not including weekends).

Standard Boxed Delivery:

Our standard boxed delivery is FREE for local deliveries, bikes delivered to some UK mainland postcodes may incur a charge. Your bike will be sent by TNT or DX couriers with tracking information provided.

NOTE: Standard boxed deliveries are very well packed and will just require basic assembly upon delivery. The bars will
need to be turned and the pedals fitted. We will supply the tools and instructions to carry out this basic operation.
We will accept no responsibility for incorrect fitting by our customers.

Damaged Goods:

Please check the delivery for any damage before signing to say the item is in good condition. If you do sign as
damaged please notify us immediately. We wiil bear the responsibility to rectify any damages.

White Glove Personal Delivery:

Subject to location and an addtional fee of (£39.99) we can arrange to have one of our team personally deliver your bike
to your home/workplace. You will receive a full technical handover including the following:

* Display unit and controller operation (walk assist, modes, and all other functions)
* Rider setup (saddle height, steering and controls)
* Battery charging, removal and care
* Cleaning and maintenance advise, tyre pressures etc.
* Warranty information
* A test ride for final set up
* Suspension set up (if applicable)
* Time given for a Q and A session
