Frame Sizes for adult electric bikes are measured from the centre of the crank to the top of the downtube (where seat post
enters the frame). These measurements are taken in either centimetres or inches.

What type of electric bike would best suit my needs?
If your riding is on road with a mix of tracks and pathways i.e. you are a ‘general’ rider then consider a Hybrid bike this
will fulfil your needs and these are available on our website in ‘step through’ and ‘step over’ options.
If your riding is very off road biased then from our website choose the ‘mountain bike’ option these are designed for
rough tracks and pathways although these are also comfortable on road over shorter distances than a Hybrid.
If space is at a premium and you also need to easily transport in a vehicle choose ‘folding bikes’ from our website.
These bikes are able to be ridden comfortably on road and pathways in a Hybrid fashion but have the ability to be
folded down in a convienient size to be easily transported in for instance a small hatchback car.

Depending on how often you you use your e-bike we would recommend you check your e-bike 4-6 weeks after purchase as
there is a ‘bedding in’ period during which some adjustments may be required. You will need to check the brake and gear
bolts are tight. This is very normal and expected. After that, depending on usage another check of this nature at 6-12
months. Servicing should be carried out annually.
E-bikes should be cleaned regularly. To ensure the best life of wearable parts these must be cleaned and lubricated often
to slow down wear. E-bikes are best washed using specific e-bike cleaners with a soft brush, warm water and cloth to dry.
Avoid using a pressure washer or high powered hose as these cause damage to the internal bearings. Try to not get the
electrical components soaking wet. Ensure that if you are cleaning around sensors you are very gentle and try not to
knock the sensors. We would suggest using an electrical contact cleaner.
