At e-bikestore.co.uk our bikes undergo a unique quality control assessment as every bike received from the manufacturer is fully built by ourselves and then important individual components such as: Battery and Motor are tested on our diagnostic equipment to ensure that in addition to the manufacturers quality check the bike has arrived with us in perfect condition. A further 21 point pre-delivery inspection is then carried out before the bike is ready for delivery to you our customer. If you have requested our White Glove Service we will hand deliver the bike with a minimum 20 minute handover to take you over the controls allow a test ride and answer any questions you may have about your fantastic ebike! If you have ordered our courier service your bike will be carefully re-packaged with only a simple pedal fitment and handlebar straightening to be carried out upon delivery. We provide instructions for this and we even supply the tools so you will be quickly enjoying! your ebike.
